Terms
These terms cover this website and its waitlist. RowGuide is an iPhone app in development. It is not released, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell it. If the app is released, it will have its own terms.
1. Who runs this
This site is run by an independent developer living in Canada (the "operator"). Contact: [email protected]. The operator's name and mailing address are given on request.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means leaving an email address, and optionally answering three questions (what you would pay, how much land you work, and what you use now). The privacy policy says how that information is handled.
- The operator will email you when the app is released, and may email you once or twice before that to ask what you need. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address above.
- Joining the waitlist does not reserve a copy, a price or a release date. Prices, features and the release date shown on this site are plans and can change. The founding-member price mentioned on the site is an intention, not a contract.
- You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist.
3. What is on this site
- The screens shown are prototypes. They are labelled as such and the final app will differ.
- Any accuracy figures (for example "±10 ft") describe typical phone GPS behaviour, not a guarantee. Do not rely on this site or the future app for anything where position error could cause harm.
- Nothing on this site is advice about pesticide regulation or record-keeping rules. Check your state or province's requirements.
4. Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Changes
The operator may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumer protection rights that apply where you live are not affected.
7. Contact
